We offer coaching in two ways:

1.  Delivering organisational change

Many information or knowledge management projects involve aspects of cultural change and there is a need to develop people to work in new ways. This can be difficult and time consuming. We can help individuals who are involved in delivering change in information processes to gain confidence, present their ideas well and develop vital influencing skills to make the change happen effectively.

2. Career coaching

After many years of working in the information industry and understanding the constant changes that are taking place, we know that information professionals can feel uncertain of their skills sets and uneasy about their roles in organisations. We offer career coaching services that can help you to re-evaluate your skills, get more out of your current role or help you to find new career alternatives.

Coaching can be an effective tool to enable fast and effective change in an individual but many of the techniques can also enhance team working.
